'Heart's a Mess' by Gotye (pronounced 'gor-tee-yeah', best I can tell) is a simply brilliant song. The video by Brendan Cook is uber-trippy. Once you watch it, it'll be almost impossible to get the images out of your mind--not that you'll want to.
